Bridging the Divide Announces "Deepfreeze" Mode: Project Continues Amidst Busy Schedules

Bridging the Divide announces a temporary transition into "Deepfreeze" mode. While the project is not stopping or dissolving, the members have found themselves immersed in various other music-related endeavors, leaving limited time for Bridging the Divide.

Joost Peters, a key member of the project, has been occupied with his successful career in dressage music. Additionally, he is devoting his time and energy to his engaging project "Live Games 42," a Level 42 live cover band. Sjoerd Rutten, the project's drummer, another integral part of Bridging the Divide, has taken on the role of a touring member for multiple projects, keeping him extensively busy. Meanwhile, Jan Vrankenfounding member and a prominent figure within the project, is fully committed to his role as a journalist for Maxazine, the largest music website in the Netherlands. Furthermore, Jan is heavily engaged as a writer, composer, and producer for various artists, leaving him with little availability to complete new releases for Bridging the Divide.

It is important to emphasize that the decision to enter "Deepfreeze" mode stems solely from the members' hectic schedules and their current commitments in other aspects of the music industry. There are no underlying disagreements, conflicts, or animosity among the team. All members continue to hold deep respect and admiration for one another and remain committed to the project's vision and purpose.

Though Bridging the Divide possesses a collection of tracks waiting to be finalized, the limited availability of the members makes it difficult to foresee their completion in the near future. The project understands the anticipation from its loyal fans and supporters and deeply appreciates their understanding and patience during this phase.

Bridging the Divide remains dedicated to fostering unity and social change through music. While the project is currently in a temporary state of reduced activity, the members are optimistic about the future and look forward to exploring new avenues for collaboration and releasing their unfinished tracks when the circumstances allow.
